Susan Stamm was appointed to the Colorado Supreme Court Hearing Board

Susan Stamm was appointed to the Colorado Supreme Court Hearing Board for a term beginning November 1, 2023. The Colorado Supreme Court, with the assistance of the Advisory Committee, appoints a diverse and respected group of Colorado lawyers and nonlawyers to the Hearing Board pool. Appointees serve terms of six years. Members of the Hearing Board pool along with the Presiding Disciplinary Judge will hear disciplinary cases initiated when the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel files a formal complaint against a lawyer for alleged violations of the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct.
