Andrew Carafelli obtained summary judgment from the Denver District Court on behalf of his Airport client where a plaintiff, who was an employee of a vendor at the Airport, brought suit pursuant to the Colorado Premises Liability Act claimed that a roller door had un-expectantly fallen, striking her in the head as she attempted to pass underneath. We successfully argued that the Airport had no prior notice that the door had ever malfunctioned in such a way previously. Nor could plaintiff’s own expert opine that the door had in fact malfunctioned versus operating just as designed.
