Ms. Stamm, a native Coloradoan, joined the law offices of Harris, Karstaedt, Jamison & Powers, P.C. in 1997. In her many years with the firm, Ms. Stamm has been responsible for pre-trial and trial advocacy, administrative proceedings, case evaluation and liability apportionment, legal research and writing, taking and defending depositions, and settlement negotiations. Ms. Stamm has also represented clients in administrative proceeding and in front of licensing boards. Through her representation of governmental entities, she is very familiar with the requirements and intricacies of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act.
Her areas of practice include: insurance defense, constitutional-first amendment, torts, health care, trucking, professional liability and employment. She has been admitted to practice in the Colorado State Courts since 1995.
